Private equity firm Mindful Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Fiorini Industries S.r.l. on October 25, 2023, with the shared goal of accelerating the company’s growth.

Mindful Capital Partners is a private equity fund manager active since 2007. The fund specializes in investing in SMEs with strong growth potential and sensitive to environmental sustainability issues.

The historic owners of Fiorini industries will remain partners with a significant minority stake, ensuring the m

anagerial continuity and the governance that have enabled the growth path to date.
