CASE HISTORY: the Ianus system by Fiorini in a green building house project.

The perfect solution to ensure energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact.

A 250-sqm single-family villa in Altamura, made of wood according to green building guidelines and meeting the highest energy efficiency class. This is the project that led to Fiorini Industries implementing IANUS, its geothermal system with hybrid photovoltaic panels.

With the professional support of the installation company, FORTI MICHELE, the system in the villa was fitted with two cascaded 6 kw geothermal pumps, 2 puffers, 1 set and a special inertial storage tank with VKD diffusing pipes. This combination of elements resulted in the building meeting the energy efficiency goals, thanks to reduced consumption and minimum dispersion.

But the customer’s needs were not just limited to energy.
The conditions also included the need to implement a system with a very low visual impact. A challenge which was successfully met by creating a special mirror system with reflective panels positioned over the photovoltaic elements on the wooden roof and pergola for the car parking space.
